What's Your Process Called? Why?

The Fulfilled Pilot Program

Imagine becoming a Fulfilled Pilot or A&P. Through Training and Relationships, you have Increasingly Fulfilled Lifecycles of Employment within the Aviation Industry. Always with Your Agent in Your Corner.

Are you a Headhunter, Staffing Company, Jobs Board, or Recruiter that works for the Employer Companies?

No. Although there are similarities in structure at certain key times, my process is Professional Matchmaking through Training and Relationships.

I work For, and With, My Individual Clients…I Partner with Employers Fulfill the Matchmaking Process. It can also be called Direct Placement.

Headhunters, Staffing Companies, and Recruiters are contracted to work For the Employer…not You. Also, although I’ll work with my Employer Partners to promote their job openings, I do not and will not run a Jobs Board.

What is Matchmaking and why is it Different & Better?

Matchmaking Decreases Anxiety and Increases Predictability and Profitability for All Involved. It’s truly a Win-Win-Win Scenario.

Imagine….both You and Your Employer are Fulfilled. That would be due to Decreased Anxiety and Increased Predictability and Profits.

I'm not Army or Veteran...can you work with me?

Yes. Although my passion is with my fellow Army brethren, my process is limitless.

I do, or want to, live in another country. Does your process cross borders?

Yes. Relationships have no boundaries.

If I'm Your Client and You're My Agent, who do You Work For?...and is our Agreement Exclusive?

I work for, and with, you…the Pilot or A&P. I [Partner] with Employers to Fulfill the Matchmaking Process. Your Fulfillment is My Goal.

Non-Exclusive. The more people You have in Your Corner the better. I’m able to work with other agencies to get you the Increasingly Fulfilled Positions.

How long will you be My Agent?

For Life.  Well, for the lifetime you’re within the aviation industry and until you achieve Fulfillment.

 

Sever.  Our contract has to be severed either by us growing apart or You Achieving Fulfillment and want to Retire from My Program.

What if I'm not sure of having an Agent yet but I want to Improve my Personal Brand? Can you help me?

Yes.  I have 2 relationship structures…either Teacher/Student or Agent/Client.  If you want to test my process, you can begin Elevating Your Personal Brand as a Student and then become a Client when or if necessary.

Why do you have Curriculum, Tuition, and Professional Dues?

Increases Clarity & Predictability. Clarity between me, you , and employers.

Employers have told me what they want. They want Personality-Over-Paperwork. Personality [Your Message] training begins years prior to your next transition so I’m here to get you Prepared through Training.

Training has Costs and Rewards. In the perfect matchmaking scenario, the Employer will pay down or pay off your Tuition investment and Your Professional Dues.

These are also tax incentives for employers so Everyone Wins!!

What are terms like Transition and Lifecyle and how do they impact your process?

Transition is when you’re shifting from one position to another. Example…shifting from Delta to FedEx.

Lifecycle is the term of flying a particular type of mission. Example…flying heli-tours is a lifecycle of 6 months to 2 years.

They impact you because they are part of the aviation industry. They impact your predictability and profitability. If I’m your Agent, we are preparing for these terms constantly. We are always adjusting to gain Traction on Your Vision.

How do You get paid and how are you passing the savings and profits onto Me?

Although you initially invest in your training, in the perfect match, I’m able to get the employer to pay down or off your Tuition & Dues.

The Employer also agrees to pay me a Direct Placement Fee similar to the headhunting model. So the Employer is my high-value revenue generator.

Your Greatest Value or, as I call it, Your #1 Value is Getting the Position You Want. Whether due to Pay or Location…Your Fulfilled and/or Increasingly Fulfilled on your way to a Higher Goal.

Value #2, in a perfect match, is where the employer pays down, or off, your tuition and dues. This is a distant #2 goal for you and me. Value #1 is much more valuable to us.

Your Fulfillment comes from Increased Information, Access, Resources, and Time Saving & Time Value.

What is the Greatest Value to Me from having My Own Agent?

Fulfillment. My process keep you and I always improving Your Fulfillment.

As an Agent, how many Clients do you want and how does that impact Me?

Personally, I want to have at or less than 40 Clients that I represent.

Since I have Countdown and Alumni Glide Paths, I work with people 5 years prior to their next transition so I call them Year Groups. I want about 5 Clients per Year Group so that I can be at My Best when You need me the Most.

What if the Employer doesn't want to fully Partner with You during My Match? How does that Impact Me?

Fortunately, I’m prepared to work with Employers who may not want to Partner with me Fully just yet.  Employers who haven’t worked with 3rd parties yet are open to creating a relationship…it just has to be fair for them.

 

Sure, in the short term, I may not get the full fee from the employer but, good work creates more opportunities.  If they’re Fulfilled by hiring you, they’ll come back for more.

 

You are My Client so I’ll do what’s agreeably right for You.  You and I will discuss the level in which the Employer wants, or doesn’t want, to work with me and You and I will adjust accordingly.
